Items purchased from kamdlekraft.in can be returned for full refund or a store credit within 7 days of delivery in the event you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org If you believe you have received a faulty product or an incorrect item. Please do not return any incorrect or damaged goods before getting in touch with us.
Please make sure your item(s) meet our criteria below. No exceptions allowed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not burned and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Item(s) returned to us with makeup/tan marks are not eligible for a refund.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size and change of item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Order can be cancelled free of cost, before it gets dispatched from our warehouse.
Order once dispatched from our warehouse cannot be cancelled.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
